Troubleshooting

Videos won’t load or play

If you’re experiencing video playback issues, try the following:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions that might block content

My typing isn’t being recognized correctly

Make sure you’re typing in the designated text area. If the system seems unresponsive, click in the text box to ensure it has focus. Also, check that JavaScript is enabled in your browser.

I can’t access my account
